How To Do It

As per always, ensure you meat is room temperature prior to braaiing. Remove from packaging and KEEP the left-over marinade.

Cut your rolls in half and toast them for a short while over the fire.

Ensure you have a hot fire going, the closer to the coals the better the flavour crust, keeping in mind these pork pregos are pre marinaded so make sure you do not burn them. 4min a side and remove.

Now here’s a great added benefit of this amazing prego sauce. Grab a pan, simmer some fresh cream, fish sauce, a squeeze of lemon juice and nor you add that left over marinade. Heaven. Possibly the best Prego I’ve tasted and one of The Flying Pig’s signature offerings.

You’ll be ordering more and thanking me later, hese pre marinated pregos are fantasatic.

Ranger Tips:

A prego roll is simple and basic, do not add anything else to the roll. This tasty AF piece of meat is the hero, respect that.
